Leopold Mozart (1719-1787) was a well-rounded German composer, music conductor, violinist and teacher. His passion and dedication to music had greatly influenced his son, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In fact, Wolfgang's creations loomed largely over Leopold’s work.

Leopold's skills as an organist and violinist were already prominent at a young age. He was a naturally gifted singer, actor and his enthusiasm and enigmatic personality transcended as well being a teacher and a composer which added to his growing reputation.

Leopold's body of works are quite extensive and became famous although a lot of his works were lost, some critics agreed that the real significance of his work and brilliant technical methods can be traced back through his musical essays.

Their father-son relationship was intense, despite some episodes of reproaches. One cannot deny that Leopold's musical ingenuity and somewhat strict guidance brought an outstanding result to his son's musical roots and prodigious talent leading to Wolfgang's musical success!

Jean-Philippe Rameau (1683-1764) was a French musical salient and considered to be a master of harpsichord.

He was one of the revolutionary composers during his time who were more focused in crafting their own techniques than adhering to the orthodox musical frameworks, hence his works was a culmination of exciting, fresh and sometimes complex musical pieces which propelled him to fame.

Jean-Philippe Rameau's music can be categorized into four distinct sets. His operatic works, solo and collaborative harpsichord pieces, and a few motets and cantatas, which remarkably differ from one another in value and significance.

While Rameau received some critics about his works being incomprehensible and somewhat more concentrated on the content than the music, that's because undeniably, he was way ahead of his contemporaries in his usage of orchestration and harmony-- a truly exceptional musical prodigy!

Niccolò Paganini (1782-1840) was an Italian composer heralded as one of the most fearless concert violinists in the Classical era.

His love to music was very evident when he started to play mandolin as early as five years old and eventually leveled up to the violin.

Being experimental in his musical expression, he earned quite a reputation of being an exceptional violinist, pioneering several techniques with his unrelenting control, power and musical instinct which a lot of critics marveled as to how clever and absolutely futuristic his approaches were.

Most of Paganini's compositions were very imaginative, from the tonal range of instruments he was able to incorporate humorous sounds of animals and even depicted intimate groans and sighs of lovers through the violin which became an inspiration to a lot modern violin composers, thus claimed as the most famous “violin virtuoso” of the late 18th century, if not the greatest ever!
